New Hope Men's Residential

Research indicates that women and men experience addiction differently and respond better to gender-specific addiction treatment programs. The Men's New Hope House has been offering comprehensive, structured residential treatment services specifically geared to men for over thirty years. Our staff members are certified specialists trained in recognizing the individual conditions of our clients and their families. Treatment varies from 30 to 120 days. We also offer 14 to 21-day relapse prevention stays.

New Hope Women's Residential

Located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, the Women's New Hope House has been providing quality residential treatment for women with substance use disorder since 1988. The facility houses up to 22 women age 18 and older offering both residential services as well as clinically managed withdrawal management. Residents are able to bring their children up to age 11 with them in treatment.

Clients in residential treatment live in a community setting which includes individual sessions and 40 hours of core and life skill group services weekly to help each client on their own pathway to recovery. 

Staff are available 24/7 to help clients develop coping skills to work through their acute symptoms of early recovery and transition to a lower level of care.

Parents As Teachers of the EUP

Parents As Teachers of the EUP Logo

Parents as Teachers of the EUP is a home-based parent involvement and education program for families with children from birth to age five years who live within the Eastern Upper Peninsula School District. The program is funded from a grant through the Michigan Department of Lifelong Education, Advancement, and Potential (MiLEAP) and is free to participating families. Parents as Teachers of the EUP’s vision is that all children will develop, learn and grow to their full potential.
