The EUP-ELC believes that parents are the first and most important teachers in their child’s life. EUPISD Learning Center

The EUPISD Learning Center (formerly known as the Rudyard Center) is in Kincheloe, MI  and provides special education programs and services to students who have moderate to severe disabilities ranging in age from 3 to 26 years from the EUPISD's constituent districts. There are six Level 3 classrooms operating at the Learning Center.

Sending districts are able to provide students with specialized programs and instruction that they would not otherwise have access to as specialized personnel and costs are shared regionally. At this time the EUPISD Learning Center staffs classrooms with 3 students:1 staff member ratio with approximately 41 staff members that include teachers, ancillary staff, instructional aides, bus drivers, transportation aides, and office personnel.
