Medicare -  Certified MMAP (Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program) Counselors proving assistance with understanding Medicare (Parts A,B,C & D as well as Medigaps), completing online enrollment into Part D and/or Advantage Plans for prescription coverage, applying for state and federal programs to reduce out of pocket expenses, billing/claims questions, etc.

Financial Assistance - provided by the local hospitals – Staff provide assistance with completing necessary paperwork and compiling documentation for financial assistance for both the un-insured as well as the under-insured.
